We got the basement gravel in and packed. The roof sheeting is down. Many plumbing and sheetmetal vents have been installed. The roof shingles were started today as well. And a special thank you for cleaning out the trailer again! And so much more.

Beautiful morning. Got lots started and then the rain came. So we stopped for lunch......however, the rain turned into a major storm including hail. Finally, by evening it had let up so that we could return and begin the clean-up so we could continue. Many more folks gathered and we accomplished much. All the trusses were put up and the rest of the exterior walls as well. Please pray for safety, strength, smartness and sunshine! God Bless you.
PS: For you out there with the sharp eye. Yes, we know about the funny roof line. That will be addressed. :o)

Gorgeous sunny/cloudy day to work. The mud was gooey though. All the exterior walls are back up again. Then the interior walls as well. Lots of fun! Really neat system this prefab stuff! Neat house plan!! The exterior sheeting (OSB..oh so bad stuff) was completed as well. Our trusty electrician got the electrical box installed. We had a pump working all day to drain the flooded basement. Got everything braced and we are ready for another well earned day of rest. God Bless you all!

HAIL! RAIN! FLOODING! WIND! No working on the house today. Six walls came down. These pics are what we saw Saturday morning. OH WELL, back to the drawing board. Thank God no serious damage was done and no one was hurt!

Alright! All the exterior walls are up. Now for the interior walls, this is looking great! Anybody notice that some of the walls have been moved to more logical positions. :o)

Things are looking up!!
The site was backfilled. They must have found the electrical!! The floor is on and the walls are starting to go up! The site looks great! God is so good!
